Role: Danish peaking Customer Support Agent
Location: Work from office in Sofia
Salary: 1,333 EUR gross per month
Operational Hours: 10:30 - 19:00 Monday-Friday
Relocation: 150 lev (75 euros) towards flight, 1 month (up to) hotel accommodation provided, plus 150 euro monthly accomodation allowance. Assistance to find long term rental.

The role
Our client that is an American consumer electronics and fitness company is looking for Danish speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their support teams. Their teams in Bulgaria are expanding at an incredible speed. You will not just be a customer service representative but a brand ambassador and work to the highest of standards, providing customers with excellent service.
Help our users with any issues they might have via tickets or calls.
Provide solutions to everyday device use questions on a case by case customer-oriented approach.
Identify trending issues and bugs from users’ reported issues and communicate them to your supervision team.
Work with a passionate team of customer-friendly colleagues from an international background.
Requirements
Fluent in Danish
Good command of English.
Previous customer service experience desired
Organised with attention to detail.

When successful, the relocation team with our client will get in touch with you. They can organise 1 month accommodation for you in Sofia. This is short term accommodation to help you get started. You will also receive 150 euro monthly accomodation allowanceWhen there, they will also help you to find a long term rental with a local real estate agency.
