French Speaking Customer Support – Console Gaming

Overview
Become a member of the Support team and support the company in supporting
customers. An exciting and international working atmosphere awaits you, working on behalf of one of the world leading console gaming companies.
Part of your daily activities will be:
• Customer advice by telephone, email and chat;
• Professional technical support service to Consoles,
Account Management Issues;
• Help customers with payment issues;
• Support for using PlayStation products, installing and synchronizing software and devices;
• Effective assistance and advice when purchasing the products;
• Please note that good French and English, both oral and written, are a prerequisite for this position.
Candidates must either have an EU passport OR a Portuguese Residence Card.
