What you will be doing:
- Handling incoming phone calls, messages and emails from the website users
- Managing reservations, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website users´ inquiries
- Research travel options tailored to each customer’s preferences
- Modify reservations based on client needs
- Process payments and travel cancelations
Job Requirements:
- Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Swedish
- Good communication skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Good Technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle unexpected changes
- Experience in e-commerce will be appreciated
