Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance via voice, chat, and email.
- Address challenges in a customer-focused environment, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and develop solutions.
- Engage in problem-solving to prioritize customer interests and satisfaction.
- Utilize social media platforms effectively to enhance customer engagement.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both Dutch and English, in both spoken and written forms.
Role Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2/C1).
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technical assistance or IT help desk roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player in a remote setting.
- Adaptability to changes in processes and information.
- Willingness to undergo a background screening.
- Proven experience in customer communication via email and phone.
- Strong familiarity with external systems and software applications (e. g. , Microsoft Office, internet applications).
