We’re recruiting International Customer Service Representatives to join us on a full-time permanent basis in Tunbridge Wells. You’ll join our dedicated teams who take pride in supporting customers around the world with their medical claims journey 24/7. A high percentage of calls will be conducted in English; therefore, you’ll need to be fluent in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern:
Our shift patterns are designed to offer 24/7 support to our customers and involve a blend of day shifts, night shifts and weekends. These shifts support today’s varied lifestyles and will also earn you 20% shift allowance in addition to your basic salary.
As an example, our shifts typically cover 7. 5 hours or 8 hours per day starting at the following times:
We understand the importance of a work-life balance, so you’ll know your shift pattern well in advance. Once you complete your induction training, you’ll be offered to split your time working between home and our office in Tunbridge Wells.
Induction & Training:
Induction Date: Monday 13th Jan 2025.
To help you settle into the team and to set you up for success in your new role, you’ll attend a 10-week training and coaching programme, delivered by specialists in the Tunbridge Wells office. During this time, you’ll work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and you’ll need to be able to commit to full attendance.
