About the Role:
Location: work from home in Greece
Role: German speaking Customer Advisor for Entertainment Streaming Platform
Salary: 1300€ gross per month + up to 145€ monthly performance bonus
Relocation: Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 4 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.
Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday - Sunday 09:00-00:00
The Role
We are recruiting for a fluent German speaking Customer Advisors for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job can be done from your home office anywehere in Greece. This is an inbound role, where you will provide voice, chat and email support to existing and potential new clients. Queries you will receive could be in relation to account access issues where you might have to do some light technical troubleshooting steps with the customer. Other queries could be in relation to billing and payment issues and you will also deal with client retention and would ask probing questions if a customer wants to cancel their subscription.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- Fluent in German and English
- Interest in technology
- Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
- Previous customer service or tech support experience desired
- Multi tasking skills
- Positive & Flexible attitude
Offer
The selection process is done remotely via video interviews. Once successful your flight will be booked for you, you will be picked up from the airport and brought to your hotel. The hotel is paid for you for 4 weeks and support is given to find your place to live after the first 2 weeks. Basic salary 1300€ gross per month + up to 145€ monthly performance bonus.
