Rate: £16 per hour (PAYE)
Are you fluent in Polish and experienced in Accounts Payable? Join our client’s dynamic team in Watford for an exciting opportunity as an Accounts Payable Assistant on a 12-month temporary contract. Work on a hybrid basis, enjoying both flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process invoices for vendors, suppliers, and internal employees.
- Ensure timely, accurate payments and maintain clear, organized records.
- Communicate effectively with Polish-speaking vendors and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve invoice queries in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish and English (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
