Position Overview
Join a dedicated team in providing exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking banking clients. This role involves assisting customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, and sharing information on innovative digital banking products tailored for the Dutch market.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with general banking inquiries, account access issues, transfers, etc.
- Manage back-office tasks including responding to emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Present and inform customers about banking products.
- Adhere to transparency requirements, provide accurate product details (including purpose, characteristics, and risks), and uphold regulatory standards for client protection.
- Monitor and report any application-related issues.
- Meet defined quality standards and sales objectives.
Requirements
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Language: Fluent Dutch (C2 level).
- Strong customer orientation, empathy, and listening skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Analytical skills and quick learner.
- Sales skills, social aptitude, and client interaction abilities.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Experience
- Previous banking experience is beneficial but not essential.
