Our client is looking for a proactive Publisher Sales Associate to strengthen their market presence. If you are passionate about sales, driven by goals, and fascinated by the ever-changing world of online media, this could be the perfect position for you!
Your responsibilities:
- Acquiring German publishers (websites), from the first contact to the deal closing.
- Building a stable pipeline and prioritizing the most valuable opportunities.
- Leading the publisher acquisition process in the market in close collaboration with technical, sales, and operational colleagues.
- Becoming a trusted contact and building strong, mutually beneficial relationships that create long-term loyalty with both potential and existing customers.
- Maintaining our specially designed CRM tool; updating information about leads and customer interactions.
- Meeting monthly KPIs and targets.
- Networking.

Special qualifications that make you stand out:
- Sales experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, especially in cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Digital media knowledge: Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies like Header Bidding (SSP, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB).
- Industry network: Established contacts in the digital publishing sphere, acquired through work at a publishing house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.
- Experience in a similar role: At a publishing house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.
