Are you a Swedish speaker with experience in the call center industry? We're looking for new Team Leaders in Riga for an exciting FinTech project!
Responsibilities:
- Motivate, develop, and mentor team members in a dynamic environment.
- Drive process performance to achieve and exceed SLA targets.
- Lead complex client engagements, identifying and implementing creative business solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships.
- Oversee team deliverables and ensure high-quality performance.
- Manage and control attrition, productivity, and shrinkage.
- Conduct team meetings to discuss updates, feedback, and daily priorities.
- Handle customer queries and complaints, providing solutions in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Mentor the team on process and quality parameters.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis to identify areas for improvement and set action plans.
- Assist with live customer support via chat and social media.
- Manage and publish operational reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Training, Quality, HR, and Workforce to improve performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Near-native (C1) Swedish or native proficiency and solid English skills (B1+ or better).
- At least 3 years of experience in call center customer support or as a Team Lead.
- Strong computer skills, including a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and experience driving team initiatives.
- Experience in Customer Support/Customer Service roles, with back-office experience (live chat and social media).
- Strong people management skills with a history of leading or coaching teams.
