Your Responsibilities
As a Team Manager, your daily tasks will include:
- ️ Effective Communication: Provide clear and timely communication to your team, sharing operational, management, and project-related updates.
- Performance Management: Monitor and review the work of advisors, ensuring performance meets required standards. Take action when needed, using tools and techniques to address underperformance.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Analyze results, identify problems, and take corrective action to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Team Development: Motivate, coach, and support advisors, encouraging skill development and continuous learning.
- KPI Management: Set clear performance expectations and ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics.
- Team Spirit & Engagement: Foster a positive team environment, promote engagement, and ensure implementation of feedback from employee satisfaction surveys.
- ⚠️ Compliance & Safety: Ensure all team members adhere to company guidelines and regulatory, health, safety, and security standards.
- Client Issue Resolution: Communicate any client-related issues to the Operations Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Language Skills: Native or proficient German (mandatory) and an advanced level of English (C1 or higher, written and spoken). Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- Experience: At least 12 to 18 months of experience in a call center environment, as a Team Manager.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams toward achieving performance goals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to engage positively with staff at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal Requirements: EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece. Local candidates are preferred, as the position is office-based.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or directly related work experience).
- Previous experience as a Team Manager in a customer service, contact center, or similar role.

- Gross Monthly Salary including language bonus: €1,300
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% (based on KPIs) after the first 3 months
