About the Role:
Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Athens, Greece (Remote after training)
Salary: Gross basic €1,300/month (14 salaries per year) + performance bonus up to €150/month

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from retail customers regarding:
- Sales: Assisting with purchases and product recommendations.
- Aftersales: Resolving issues post-purchase.
- Product Enquiries: Providing detailed product information.
- Delivery Questions: Addressing and resolving delivery-related queries.
- Utilize multiple internet-based applications and a virtual desktop to deliver efficient solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the client as needed
