About the Role:
Do you want to start a career in customer support for a leading provider of TV, internet, and mobile services from our office in Oslo? Are you solutions-oriented, service-minded, and technically skilled? Then we are looking for you!
Our client, Loyalty AS, is seeking motivated and independent individuals to join their customer service team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment, receiving incoming calls from customers with various requests related to orders, invoices, cancellations, and TV/broadband support. Your performance will be measured based on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality according to project standards, and we expect you to show up on time, ready for a new day!
As a Customer Support Agent, you will primarily handle incoming calls over the phone, but also some incoming chat inquiries. The role is demanding, so we are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, ready to tackle different situations with a proactive mindset.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with a mature vocabulary
- Ability to understand Norwegian with no problems
- Quick learner and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and the ability to reset between calls
- Ability to handle stress and a high work capacity - excellent multitasker!
- Comfortable using a PC
- Ambition to work for more than one year
- Strong references or good conduct/behavior with low absence rates
It's an advantage if you also:
- Have a sales-oriented mindset while providing excellent customer service
- Have some technical understanding
- Are eager to develop in sales and customer service
We offer:
- Training in products, systems, procedures, and customer handling
- Fixed salary of NOK 150/hour + commission based on upselling (NOK 130/hour during the first month)
- Full-time position with working hours 8-19:00 (8-hour shifts, rotating schedule, 5 days a week)
- Work approximately 2 Saturdays per month 9-16
- Possibility of part-time for students
- 2x15 minute paid breaks + 30 min lunch
