Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote in Greece (Athens, Greece)
Salary: €1,100 gross/month + up to 10% performance bonus
Join a growing project supporting one of the world’s leading tobacco companies. This role involves managing customer interactions via multiple communication channels, including calls, chats, emails, and social media, while offering customer service and technical support for JTI products.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Support:
- Provide product information and resolve customer issues.
Outbound Support:
- Conduct customer retention efforts and onboarding campaigns.
- Handle firmware upgrades and commercial communications, including cross-selling and upselling.
Specialized Duties:
- Manage quotes, sales, and service inquiries requiring attention to detail.
- Handle media-related requests and process manual refunds.
- Work within a dynamic, evolving environment with frequent process updates and multiple CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency:
- Portuguese: C2 level fluency.
- English: C1 level for internal training and communication.
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
Skills:
- Adaptability to changing processes and tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: Monday to Sunday, between 9 AM and 11 PM (rota-based shifts).
