We are a rapidly growing and profitable international manufacturing company, a market leader in our sector. As we continue our expansion into Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, we’re looking for a hands-on and practical Area Sales Manager to join our team and work closely with our network of franchisees and distributors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for field sales and coaching, looking to make a real impact in a growing business. You’ll receive a comprehensive training programme to develop your skills and help you become a trusted business advisor to your assigned distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside distributors, hopping on and off their mobile showrooms to provide hands-on support
- Act as a sales coach and mentor, inspiring distributors to achieve their business and personal goals
- Develop and implement robust business plans, holding regular reviews to drive success
- Organise area sales meetings and product launches
- Support distributor recruitment and sales inductions
What You Bring:
- Fluent German language skills (both spoken and written)
- Good command of English
- Ideally from a Field Sales background
- A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn and develop
- Strong coaching, development, and motivational skills
- A good understanding of profit and loss management
- Motivated and able to travel regularly
- Practical, hands-on approach
