What You’ll Be Doing:
As a QA or PQU Annotator, you’ll be reviewing customer chats, emails, and calls to make sure they’re up to our high standards. You’ll help identify patterns, spot areas that need fixing, and make sure our customer service game is always improving. Basically, you’ll be the quality control superhero we need to keep things running smoothly.
- Review and annotate customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) to make sure they’re accurate and on point.
- Spot trends and patterns to help us improve our service and process.
- Provide helpful feedback to help agents do their best work.
- Use tools and software to log key details in customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to make sure we’re always improving the experience for our customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written).
- Attention to detail—if something’s off, you’ll catch it!
- Tech-savvy—you love learning new tools and tech.
- Great at giving constructive feedback in a positive, clear way.
- Critical thinker who loves problem-solving.
- Bonus if you’ve worked in customer service or quality assurance before—but if not, we’ll train you!
