What You’ll Do:
🌍 Provide exceptional support to our Azerbaijani speaking customers via chat, email, and phone
💬 Deliver friendly, patient, and personalised assistance to ensure every customers experience is top-notch
📈 Work with a motivated team to improve customer satisfaction and make shopping more enjoyable for everyone
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Fluent in Azerbaijani (Native or C1 level)
✅ Passion for retail and customer service.
✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
✅ A positive attitude and a desire to help others
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
✅ Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required—if you’re a quick learner, they’ll teach you!
