Responsibilities
If you become a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you would be responsible for:
- Assisting German speaking customers through different channels.
- Helping customers with reservations, cancelations, changes, etc.
- Providing all the necessary information to customers answering the questions they might have.
- Solving unpredictable situations that might arise in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
Requirements
To become a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you would need:
- Native or bilingual level of German.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Residence in Malaga (or nearby) or willing to relocate to this city.
- Customer Service or accommodation experience is valuable
- Candidates must have the valid documents to work in Spain (NIE, Social Security Number)

- Competitive annual salary: €21,500 gross per year.
- Permanent contract.
- 39 hours per week.
- On-site training and working modality at our offices in Malaga center.
- Training hours: 9h to 18h.
- Relocation package for candidates outside of Malaga region.
- Working hours: between 8h to 22h (to be assigned).
- Expected starting date: 17th March
