Regarding your field of responsibilities:

As a Technical Customer Advisor, you'll apply your skills to resolve emerging issues with precision and efficiency. You'll uphold excellent standards and share your passion for technology with both customers and colleagues. • German-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
• Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
• Assisting with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues
• Appropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the process
• Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets
• Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English
• As a representative of the company, you will uphold the company's values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation.

Your Profile:

• Native-level German language skills (C2) + English proficiency
• Experience in technical troubleshooting is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical jargon for non-technical users
• PC literacy is required
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Aptitude for wireless troubleshooting
• Patience to communicate and solve issues
• Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
• Stay up to date with the latest IT and technology trends
