We (Jake & Lewis) came up with the idea for Knit after working together for 3 years as Sales Leader’s in a PropTech start-up.
Hiring sales talent was a big part of our jobs and something we both enjoyed, but didn’t know if the talent we hired would truly be successful in our teams.
Although we had an effective on-boarding process, giving these talented people some training and understanding of sales before they interviewed with us would have really helped us to mitigate the pains that come with growing a team.
